The best WAHM job ::  Becoming a thrive Life Independent Consultant

Believe it or not, it's hard for me to write about why becoming an Independent Consultant was such a great decision for me.  Everything I say sounds like an infomercial and I fear it sounds like a sales pitch & not authentic.

That is part of the reason I post my income growth (in the About section).  When I began considering signing up to sell THRIVE Life, I scoured the internet for authentic, honest & open consultants.  No one shared precisely what I was looking for, but I found enough to see that it wasn't a risky decision... I would either use my consultant kit (which is basically buying food at cost) for my family OR start a business and earn my food for FREE (at the time, I didn't consider the idea that I could actually make money off of this, I'm so NOT a natural saleswoman and it just didn't seem plausible for me).  HA HA DOUBLE HA!

I'm not comfortable selling anything.  I think 99% of THRIVE Life consultants have said this before signing up, and earning pay checks.  I did...and STILL DO!  While I've always loved the social aspect of going to kitchen/jewelry/purse parties (living in rural PA, this is really big here), I was never ever tempted to bite when the consultant encouraged others to join her team.  I want people to save all their money and minimize their belongings.  However, years before I ever discovered THRIVE, I've been blogging (at KoskersIdlewild and LazyGreenMama).  As a blogger, mother, consumer & tree hugger, I've always naturally shared ideas and products with others.  If something works for me, I assume someone else might benefit from it and I LOVE the idea of being the one to point them in the right direction.

Also, I'm not selling STUFF.  THRIVE Life food is better quality, more nutritious and more practical than what we are currently eating & feeding to our loved ones.  I would be talking non-stop about this stuff even if I wasn't a consultant for it.  Why should someone else earn my commission?

I don't have the money.  You would be SHOCKED what my family lives on versus our expenses (we bought our "forever" property before we could afford it and my husband and I each have 2 degrees and spent many years being underemployed).  We've cut out practically everything but the roof over our heads, the food in our bellies and the clothes on our back.  I would not encourage others to eat this food and/or sell this product if I didn't think it would be worth the start-up investment (your starter kit costs $199 or $269 and after that you are only required to maintain a $50 monthly Q).  On my bedstand are 3 financial advice books.  I read them all the time to make sure my family keeps afloat.  Dave Ramsey often lulls me to sleep (not a critique of his writing, just how sleepy I am at the end of a day!) :)

Yes, you will need to reallocate a portion of your normal grocery budget to this food.  But look in your fridge right now. Do you have slimy wilted veggies?  Freezer burnt meats?  Moldy sour cream?  If you are a typical American, you are throwing away 25% of what you buy at the grocery store and 15% of the food produced never makes it into anyone's shopping cart (source).  Neither you nor the planet Earth can afford for you to continue your "normal" grocery shopping!

I don't have the time.  Who does?  Yes, you may have to rearrange your priorities for awhile.  However, the beauty of being a THRIVE Life Independent Consultant is the Q.  Not only does it help you by having monthly grocery deliveries at a deep discount from retail, but once your customers join the Q, they will probably stay forever.  It's that awesome.  Sure, you invested some time initially to teach them about THRIVE & get them started on the Q, but after that first month, they know what they're doing...and you continue to make commission on their Q every month!

Ready to join me?
Head HERE.  Click “Get Started”.  Then you will need the following information:
  • Name: Julie Kosker
  • Email: lazygreenmama@gmail.com
  • Enroller ID: 8617

But you don't have to take my word for it!  Join the Q let the food convince you :)
Joining the Q is a 3-month commitment.  After that you can change your budget, ship date or cancel (but you won't!).  You set the budget and the date your food ships/ your credit card is charged and fill your online grocery cart.  You can choose any amount, but if you start at $100/month you become a member of the Q-Club which qualifies you for many perks (every dollar earns points toward free product, monthly Q-pons, yearly shipping discounts & free gifts...).

I joined for many of the same reasons as Julie. I wanted to make some "free food." But I became so passionate about the product that it was difficult NOT to share it with others. Thrive Food is incredible. It is a fabulous product. The business opportunity just provides those that love it with the opportunity to "keep their own commission" as Julie says. And plus, Julie is one of the best team leaders out there. Join her team and you will have all the support you need for success!
